Witnessed this locations amazing staff handle a very rude woman today, with genuine professionalism and quality customer service. They did all they could to manage this ladies blatant and irrational unkindness and disregard for the employees working. Well done management and staff for carrying on with a smile on your faces 🙌 will recommend and be back

Went through the drive thru and was greeted by Bree. I ordered a sandwich and small black coffee- I didn’t realize that the coffee was close to $4. I think she could hear the struggle in my voice, as I have been out of work, I was debating if I should get the coffee. When I got to the window she handed me my sandwich and a LARGE coffee and said “don’t worry about it- merry Christmas!” I mean I UGLY cried when I left, but she saw an opportunity to make my day just a bit easier and she took it. It helps more than you know to be shown kindness in times of need. Thank you!!

I’m not sure who the young lady was that took my order in the store tonight but 10 stars to her! I have been going to Starbucks for years and she is the first barista to tell me “Have a goodnight Jennifer” as I left the store. She treated me like I wasn’t just another customer and to me that is customer service that should be recognized. I am so sorry I didn’t get her name to give her the proper shout out she deserves.

Sara in the drive thru was the kindest Starbucks employee I’ve come across and gave me the best guest servicing I have received at any Starbucks in a while. My coffee was made to perfection and the sweet girl at the window made my day so much brighter with her kind conversation and attentiveness to making sure my order was perfect. Keep up the great work !!!

Starbucks is my FAVORITE! WHY? Because almost every location I go to, the staff are positive, very friendly, accommodating, and its plain to see that they love what they do! It's hard to get a personalized feel at a large chain but Starbucks has gotten it right! Can't say enough good things...cuz it's ALL THE GOOD THINGS! love this location..great job baristas, and management!

I do not necessarily like the taste of Starbucks coffee because the beans taste like they are burnt, but I do like the facility as a nice place to study. I had the Christmas Blend coffee as a Pour-Over and did not enjoy the taste. However, my wife had a "sick tea" and it was very good flavor. Overall, for the purpose of studying and spending quality time interrupted with a drink, it was a great experience. I only wish Starbucks had a better quality of roasted bean for its coffees and espressos.
