Red Lobster

This was my second time visiting a Red Lobster and unlike my initial experience I was very impressed. A month ago I visited a Red Lobster in Pheonix and vowed to never go back. I'm glad I did. Our waiter Joe was excellent, he was extremely knowledgeable about the different shrimp options available. He ensured we were well taken care of. I was impressed by how attentive he was to my fiance and I. The food was very good. I haven't eaten a lot of seafood but everything was quite flavorful. I highly recommend returning to this restaurant and will recommend to my friends and family.

Brought our grandson for a birthday dinner. Waited for someone to seat us for about 5 minutes. I finally went back towards the kitchen to see if there was a hostess or someone available. Our server was friendly and helpful. The food was out in a timely manner and pretry good. When we told the server it was our grandson's birthday, she brought him a big ol' sundae at the end of the meal (comped) and wished him Happy Birthday.

Overall a pretty good place to head out to for a seafood adventure. Food is pretty well made, though lobster tends to be on the chewy side. Baked potato was mildly firm and not fully soft, though their sauce was great! Coconut shrimp was big and hearty, the fish and chips look great and are solid, and the lobster punch is great from what my girlfriend says. I do wish there were less kids screaming and crying everytime we head inside, but overall pretty good!

Don't listen to the false bad reviews on here, this restaurant is the best! Definitely a 10/10 especially my waitress her name is crystal and she's a beautiful lady and very supportive and helpful to you, I went here for my graduation dinner out and it's the best I love it ! Thank you for the best time red lobster!

This Red Lobster location is generally pretty good. The staff is overall friendly and helpful. The food is fresh, including those amazing cheddar biscuits! I visit this location often but this last time, I ordered coconut shrimp and the maple bacon chicken. The coconut shrimp was fantastic and the sauce is music to my mouth! The maple bacon chicken was ok, but probably won’t order it again. There was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t my cup of tea. If you want nice dining for you and your loved ones, this is a great spot!
