First Watch

This establishment was a delightful morning for breakfast spot. We had the million dollar bacon and gingerbread spiced balls with caramel toffee sauce to start. Delicious bacon!! The bacado omlette was so good. Highly recommend it!!! All in all, it is a very good breakfast option in the Gilbert area!

Just recently became aware of this restaurant, so we had to try it. Small quaint dining area with a slightly rustic appeal. Our server was Colin, and he was over the top professional and extremely helpful. Their seasonal menu sparked my interest with the Sunny Seoul Hash. It was amazing. We also ordered the Salmon Benedict, which was made with Sockeye smoked salmon. This place is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

I love this place. Came in on a Friday with 5 of us. The Morning Meditation is my favorite beverage here. The Biscuits and gravy has so much flavor.The staff all appear to work well together. Super knowledgeable of the menu and cater well to food allergies like gluten. Our server was fun, made us laugh and took very good care of us. 10/10 would recommend

We showed up with 21 people right at lunch time and thankfully, they were able to get us in rather quickly. The service was great and the food was incredible! My wife and I both had the million dollar hash an the kids had French toast and bacon. One of the best breakfast dishes I've had at a restaurant hands down! The seasonings, the flavors, the whole vibe of the restaurant was excellent! Highly recommend, even if you have to wait!

We’ve never encountered such a great waitstaff before! First, Jacob (our waitstaff) welcomed us enthusiastically and friendly. He hosted us like he’s in his own home! We felt like we’re in a first class restaurant being treated like a king and queen although the restaurant is a casual breakfast/brunch place. Next, the food was great! There’s not much to say since it’s breakfast food but the saltiness is balance which I like. I super love their bread that we ordered a to go. Lastly, the place looks clean and it has a cheerful environment or probably because our waitstaff was very friendly. This experience made our annual visit to AZ worth coming back to have breakfast at First Watch! I Highly recommend👌🏼 PS- we asked Jacob to take our photos too and he told us if we want to go in the receiving area where people often take their photos. He took great pics of us! Oh and he asked us too if we want a coffee to go since we told him we are going to get our pedi after we eat. I felt bad we didn’t give him more than the highest suggested percentage tip but doing this rating will do it (I hope).

Awesome. Everything is good, never had a bad experience. The coffee is excellent, the juice drinks are amazing; I usually have the morning meditation, it's my favorite. I'm on a breakfast tacos kick right now, the farmstand breakfast tacos fit the bill. And if you are craving something sweet, I'd highly recommend the strawberry tres leches French toast, you won't be disappointed. It's a summer menu item, I don't think it will last long

Love! Love! This place, I am never disappointed. It does not matter what location I visit, the food is always on point! My 1st time visiting this location in Queen Creek/Gilbert! But by far they have the best customer service experience that ive had in a very long time. Food was delicious, the fruit was so fresh, and the juice are awesome! I even brought a friend, who is really hard to please, when it comes to restaurants and food they serve, and I was very Surprised that she loved it, and that is saying a lot! Im definitely coming back when I in town again.

When we arrived, this location was having some struggles with new staff in the kitchen and apparently a lot of previous guests took their frustrations out on the workers. When we showed kindness to our hostess, instead of frustration, she thanked us for not yelling. That breaks my heart. Do better, Gilbert. If you want fully staffed restaurants give these folks the respect they deserve. Even when it's a busy day and you don't get exactly what you want right away. The staff here were super sweet, very hard working, and I was impressed with how poised they were under pressure. While our wait was just a little longer than I'd have liked, it wasn't bad. Our food was delicious and First Watch coffee is some of my favorite. I don't know where it comes from, but it's always so smooth. Everything from the cook of the food to the flavors were on point and we had a great time. Plus the menu has a great selection so there really is something for everyone. We'll be back for sure!
