Ordered a hot chocolate for the kid and get a cup brown water completely unacceptable… I have been a daily customer here for years but the service at this location has plummeted in the last year and now trying to poison my children with what ever garbage your staff is serving. Good thing I checked the cup before giving it to my child.

Busy but quick drive thru that can run into the next parking lot. Decent amount of parking. Inside they have a table for mobile orders with extra napkins and straws really nice addition. Bathroom doors can be opened with your foot great for hygiene. Friendly staff. Good baked goods.

Usually a satisfactory drive thru, but today at 3:40p.m. I actually sat in my car for 20 minutes! Busiest time of the day and they did not have enough staff. I was late for my appointment. Manager needs to know better than not to have enough staff. The traffic flow here is constant. I was not a happy customer today.

Drive thru is always a mess here, but tends to move quickly. However with 12 people working, there’s no excuse that it should take 30 mins standing in line, inside, to order a cup of coffee. I understand drive thru needing to move quickly and efficiently, but having 10 people running drive thru and only 2 running the register for patrons walking inside….. 🤷🏼♂️

Unprofessional service. Drive thru takes longer time than it takes to go to Mars. Even after you order on drive thru, you still wait at the window. They must take appropriate steps. ZERO STARS for their service

Went this evening and it was horrible. Took 10 minutes of us standing there to be noticed by a lady! The kids here didn’t seem like in a rush as they’re all standing around even though the drive thru was full! Only put 3 stars because the food we received.

Inexperienced staff and always ruined the coffee mood.
Always out of stock. Manager should know the traffic and understand the management and food availability.

So horrible. Terrible customer service. Wrong order every time despite clarifying the order. 20+ minutes of waiting in the drive through. Management of this location has gone in the toilet the last 5 years 😂
