Tim Hortons

Went today and ordered two drinks and two bagels (jalapeno & everything toasted with butter and H&G creamcheese) felt the amount of cream cheese quite less. Plus, the lady taking order seemed friendly and nice but the wait time was more than expected even the location didnt seemed to be busy at that time.

Can't accept debit or credit. Only cash at this location when we went there. No potato wedges as usual around 6:30 pm. NO hot chicken sandwiches. The counter lady was busy counting the change while we patiently waited for her to acknowledge. Many people will agree but this is the New Norm at every other Tim Hortons. Like the Management doesn't really care about their customers. I feel for the employees working at any Tim Hortons as it looks they are underpaid and also lack in proper customer service skills. People have actually started to look for another alternatives. We also probably will not come to this lo location again.

The older gentlemen "Graham" is excellent! The place runs smoothly when he is there. The problem is when he is not there. The young female staff specifically, who have no organization or teamwork amongst them. I've also entered the location and found many of the female staff taking break together in a vehicle parked in the disabled parking. Also many food delivery people also think that it is acceptable to use disabled parking while picking up orders. This is absolutely disgraceful!!

Order was completely wrong - paid for 2 BELTs with an Apple Fritter and half French Vanilla half coffee. I received 2 bagels with butter and a French Vanilla. Drove back across town to get this corrected - in line for 20 minutes - to not even get an apology and barely a word spoken to me. It was like I was wronging/inconveniencing them by returning and asking for my proper order, that I paid for.
