Great location, friendly staff, clean environment... But, twice this week I had to educate staff on their current promotions. There are signs at the pumps that say Free large coffee with fill up. Both times the employee at the counter told me it's only a medium coffee. Both times, I had to walk them outside to show them the sign. I fill up my cars 3 times a week and have been going to this 7-11 for years. These promotions have been an incentive for me. Please educate your employees and don't ruin a good thing.

Keep your young girls away from this location. There is an employee, in his 20’s or 30’s, who asked my 14yr old for her snap information. This person also drives Uber and was picking up an Uber eats order from a local restaurant that my teen works at and this driver asked very personal and inappropriate questions. My teen is now very nervous and worried about this person. When the employee approached my child 6 months ago at 7 eleven I reported the incident and was told that they did not think any of their employees would do such a thing but would talk to everyone. Obviously this did not happen. Keep your young people away from 7 eleven it’s not safe for them.

I recently went to 7 -Eleven #33183 and I absolutely loved my experience. With Covid 19 right now, they are taking many precautions and protocols for keeping everyone safe. Me and my friends went on Friday to grab some things and we were coming from the park so we had nothing to protect ourselves and others entering the store. I entered the store and was provided us with Free masks and hand sanitizers. The manager Raj is taking great care of everyone coming in and his employees. He was very sweet and friendly and welcomed us with joy to his store despite the fact we were unprepared to enter without any masks, gloves or sanitized hands. I will definitely come here again and recommend many others to come here as well in the Georgetown area.

The sign on the door says capacity of 10, without even going 1/2 way thru the store I counted 17!, I told the clerk, who tried to argue, but I wasn’t staying inside in such a dangerous COVID environment! It was mostly teenagers shoulder to shoulder! I have lost my job 4xs thru this pandemic, the least people who still have their jobs, can do them! Limit your # of patrons!
