I’m a fan of Taco Bell but this particular location needs some help. A refresher on customer service and basic communication skills would be beneficial. Hours tend to be random and inconsistent and don’t match what’s advertised. Not sure why the lobby isn’t open, but I’ve noticed on several occasions people trying to go in Would help if it was marked more clearly. Credit card machine seems to go down a lot and they only accept cash. On a positive note they get my order right the majority of the time.

Order 2 5layers no sour cream. The people there still put sour cream on…… smh I live 20 min away so I’m not going to come back to get my “refund”. This isn’t the first time it has happened.

Was a quick and friendly visit. Ordered a 12pk of soft tacos and a 12pk of bean burritos. The order was done and complete with no errors within 10 minutes. There were 3 others in front of us. Absolutely would go back. Would also refer friends and family for this reason. Great job!!!

The food was good, it just took me by surprise that when I bit down into my taco the tomatoes were practically still frozen. I was a little disappointed, but end up picking them off

3rd time I have ordered on the app and drive 25 mins to this location to find out they are closed during regular business hours. I just order food and it’s Saturday at 12:30pm why on earth would they be closed during lunch on a Saturday. They need to fix the app where it doesn’t let you order and waist your time if a certain location is closed. All other food apps I use have this ability so I don’t understand why Taco Bell doesn’t. With gas being over 4 dollars a gallon right now people can’t afford to waist gas and drive 50 mins round trip for nothing.

Says they close at 1a on website and window. Got h343 at 12:20a and no ones here... so obnoxious.

They close the place hours early and just sit inside with no indication it’s closed to customers forcing you to waste your time at the drive thru waiting for a response. At least turn the lights off and try not to show everyone how immensely lazy and unprofessional you all are who work here. Pathetic.

Extremely disrespectful staff here. Can’t even ask them a simple question without being interrupted, and the food is terrible and soggy. Would give 0 stars if I could.
A course on customer service would benefit these awful employees.
