Souper Salad

Went there for lunch Sunday 04/18. Worse experience ever...started from the moment we walked in. Had to wait when there was no one in line. Second the salad was kinda brown. Third the tuna 'stuff' was funny tasting. We are vegetarians that's one of the main reasons we went to Souper salad and there was only meat soups and there 'manager' said he 'doesn't know a guy comes in early and makes it.' He stated he doesn't know the soup menu. The only good thing out of the whole visit was the cook that over heard my husband asking offered to cook us another soup. Then there was no pizza out for a majority of our visit. All the food that was out was old looking. Then I used the bathroom (after an employee was in there). There was feces in the toilet. No toilet paper on any roll or paper towels on the roll. Then as we were finishing up our meal the so called manager announced in the dining room he was going on break. Then someone said you can't for some reason. And he said you can't tell me one thing and then another I'm going on break and then left. Made for an awkward time. This was the first time we had been there in over 3 years. We also drove an hour to eat there. Very upsetting to pay $35.00 for very poor experience. Doubt we will return Mr. Gattis is better and just up the road. I sent this same message to the company received a sorry I'll have the management call you....over 48 hours later no contact from anyone.

Oh boy... I was expecting to relive a small piece of my childhood. I did not. No nostalgia. Just a disappointment. Hopefully, this won't be too long winded. 3 of the 4 employees whom were working the floor were under the influence of some sort of depressant or narcotics. They were functional to say the least. The older gentleman working the soup, pasta, and bake potato counter, was coherent and polite. The lady whom brought her kids to work, she was reserved but nice. Most of the food was decent. Double baked potato soup was delicious. The lemons were dehydrated. All in all, avoid the staff, but enjoy the food. Side note: Hygiene is not the strong suit of the one's under the influence.

1st time coming to Souper salads in all of my life.always thought it was something along the lines of Jason's deli...no sir/ma'am! This place blew my mind...my 1st mistake was building a tower of salad with everything my 'getting in shape'heart could want..they have salads,soups,breads,pizza and even tacos.i highly recommend this place and this will not be my last visit here...oh and you can get stuffed without feeling stuffed...I'm actually confused about his feeling because with normal buffets you can't breath...I can still breathe and move!! They deserve every bit of their stars here in Georgetown TX

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Came at 12:30 and they were out of a lot of items. No baked potatoes or baked sweet potatoes, no hard boiled eggs, no pound cake or strawberries, no ice in the machine, Coke Zero was out at the fountain. The soups looked like they had been sitting there for days. The clam chowder had a thick film on it for sitting so long. The sign says the bakery items are baked daily but the cornbread and blueberry muffin was so hard and cold you couldn’t eat either. The pizza was one slice of pepperoni that nobody wanted and was never removed or replaced! I’m just hoping I don’t get food poisoning from the items I did find to eat. Do not waste your money here!

I usually love eating here, but today the food was horrible. They no longer have French dressing, which is a must for me because I cannot eat lettuce so I opt for spinach and make a taco salad. The spinach had 3-inch long stems on the leaves, the taco meat, chili, mac and cheese, were all watery. The cheese sauce was just yellow water. The marinera sauce was burnt tasting. There were no spaghetti noodles just some macaroni that was overcooked. The blueberry muffins were cold and rock-hard.

Waitresses were high and wouldnt stop laughing and talking about the new ghostbusters movie across the dining room. Food was terrible with the mix salad being rotten with black wilt. Cornbread was hard a rock and was told that was all they had. Ice cream mix was out as well. Vegetable beef soup had no juice and was overcooked mush. Very disappointed with this visit. Manager was sitting on her phone in a booth.
