I have visited the store with my friends today. The lady working there was very rude and no patience at all.

Lied about having one of the regular selections half way through a working day because they didn’t want to replace the empty container I since have been back and they had it! Ridiculous

Been popping in once a week for a month, the veg is still frozen half the time which I just find really odd. Cucumber and tomato usually only semi defrosted and loads of ice in the veg tins. I wouldn’t say the sandwiches are made with the best care but the staff are usually friendly enough
