Taco Bell

Def below avg fast food in the area. It’s inconvenient to get to for one. And I love a drive thru but this place might as well be drive thru only. Don’t go inside or you’ll be waiting for what feels like forever. Slightly sticky everywhere. No tea available in the dining area. But you’ll get food faster in the drive thru. You wouldn’t know it’s bad if u stick to the drive thru other than maybe some items unavailable. Staff is nice once they get to u but no one will pay attention to the inside register for avg 10 mins between customers to take your order (sat and noticed while I waited inside for my own order). They also don’t have some stuff that other Taco Bell’s have if you’re interested in the Taco Bell side. Either they’re out of it or they just don’t serve it at the location. Pic is the beverage area w no tea (and lookin a lil dirty). They will give u some from behind the counter- but they keep it back there as they’re definitely more focused on the drive thru (just a neglected dine in area).

This place always sucks. Everytime I think I'll give it another shot being that it's so close to home, I'm yet again disappointed. Their shells are always stale, the line is always incredibly long, they move slower than anything, no one wears a mask, and my order is constantly wrong. Tonight they were out of lettuce. We got 10 tacos and asked for tomatoes since there was no lettuce. Well, all we got is meat and cheese, and hardly that.

I've been coming to the Taco Bell for the last 15 years Because it's the closest one to my house about about 2 years ago I stopped coming here because the service was absolutely terrible and my order Was wrong every single time they handed me the food I Just went back today hoping it had changed had changed and I would have to say it is 10 times worse than it was 2 years ago the management As completely incompetent and do not know how to run a business. Every single person in there should be fired. Maybe I'll come back in 2 more years and see if it's gotten any better.

I understand you never go into a place 5 minutes before closing but I’ve gone several times at 9:30-10 pm & they turn the lights off on me in the drive thru..:even though google says they’re open until 11….I understand you have to do side work and break stuff down. I work in the restaurant industry & I’ve never seen customer service this bad

I was there tonight just before 8pm. I thought how lucky I was because there were only 3 cars ahead of me to order. Sadly, my luck ran out fast. I was behind the car at the pickup window for…. Wait for it….you ready? NINETEEN MINUTES!!!! I have never ever in my life been somewhere that would not make you pull to side if it was going to be a wait like that. I get it. Chicken takes longer. Then have them pull over! Funny thing is for 19 minutes you would THINK it was be an enormous order. It was ONE medium Taco Bell bag. was waiting for a mashed potato bowl combo, taco and 2 burritos. My ice literally was melted. Food was sitting beside the register. I waited til I got my food to voice my concern as to not get spit in my bag. I said “ya know, I’ve been behind that car for 19 minutes “. She doesn’t explain why or apologize she simply says “mmhmm”. I say “ 19 minutes for ONE bag of food!” She says “yep”. I chuckled and said “ Yea that’s absurd. I’m definitely emailing corporate “. A. The wait never should have happened. Have them pull forward. B. You don’t even have the decency to say sorry for the wait? We live less than half a mile away so of course I’ll be back. But tonight was the worst service I think I’ve ever experienced in my 47 years of living. She probably assumes I’m just another Karen. I’ve worked in many grocery stores so I’m far from. But this was just insane tonight.

I stopped in at the request of a friend and family. The service was good but my order was not correct and the chalupas that I got did not have much of anything in them and were kind of soft almost soggy like. Anyway I was already home and was not going back. I still love Taco Bell just not satisfied on this visit.
