The service was horrible. We asked if we could place 2 orders and was told that we couldn't due to them being short staffed. Which I can understand. However, when we asked to add a sweet tea at the window. She stated that we had to drive around and place a order for that. We asked for water and sweet and sour sauce. The entire time the employee had a attitude.

Might want to put a sign up that you won’t be bringing curbside orders out. Me and 3 other people had to go inside to get our food thar had been sitting on the counter for 15+ minutes getting cold. I get your short staffed but make sure you tell the public so we don’t spend our hard earned money on cold food. Now that I know this, I’ll have to look at other locations since communication is definitely a weak spot for this store. Oh and the didn’t put any hot honey on my hot honey chicken sandwich…. Unreal.

Worst location in Raleigh. Employees yelling and cussing. Old lady at the window needs to retire with her stank attitude. Bad attitudes all around. This Wendy's location really brings the hood to Wendy's. Thanks for the horrible over cooked dry chicken and the all around bad experience. Wendy's sure knows how to pick em!

Food was on par not exceptional. Dining area needed some cleaning which happened, but it took a while. Mid afternoon, so it might be shift change. Floor freshly mopped with the appropriate signage but had standing water on it. Customer was having a loud discussion with the manager, who handled it appropriately with professionalism.

Customer service experience is everything. Today on 5-25-22 around 730am, young lady at the window just wasn't pleasant. She wasn't pleasant when I ordered my food and seeing her face and her mood, she needed to clock out and go home. Beautiful young lady but ugly spirit which made her ugly. My food was fine but she set the tone of this review today.

Pathetic service and that is about the nicest thing I could say about it. There were 3 people to order in front of me when I walked in. The first got their food and finished eating, the second was still waiting on hers and the third was standing at the register waiting to place an order. The slug working the register never spoke to her...just walked off and started working on Door Dash orders. I walked out after having waited about 15 minutes. Never going back.

Did not get what I ordered. Employee charged my card for my order without handing me back my card. Discovered that he also charged my card with the car behind me. Instead of the manager on duty allowing me to come into the restaurant to handle the double charge, I had to get back in the drive-thru line. My food was cold by the time I arrived home. Terrible service.
