China King

The food is extremely bland!! Not even a touch of salt & pepper was added. I am really trying to figure out WHO told these Chinese Restaurants that adding seasonings to their food-- isn't okay?!?! Chinese Food should be flavorful. I'm convinced that the people who rate such restaurants, highly, are simply without taste buds! Because a little seasoning ain't never hurt nobody.. my goodness! The food tasted TERRIBLE. I seriously had to season up the wings and put them in the oven for a bit.. and I had to season up the rice (soy sauce, salt, & pepper) and fry it on the stove a bit, just to make it edible! I shouldn't have to do that with platters I paid over $100 for!!

The food is good. I liked my kung po chicken and eggroll and egg foo young. My mom liked her wanton soup as well. My leftovers were good the next day. You get very big quantities per entree and loads of rice on the side. They also make those extra crispy noodles with duck sauce by default in your bag. I would not recommend dining in. They have seating, but only plasticware available to eat with, and it's not exactly geared toward dining in. They don't wait on you but rather you come to the counter. The dine in experience is like food court or school cafeteria style, but the food itself was good! Chinese comfort food. We got extra fortunate cookies and ample portions. Spent $25 per person but we got extra food for leftovers.

Just walked out of there, I speak to everyone ( hey how are you , or how you doing). You know common curtsy, I spoke to the young lady in front” how are you doing”. She did not respond and stared at me like i had 6 heads, so id said it again. She just nodded, is it me but but i feel like customer service fell out the window! Your attitude is the first thing people remember while providing any service! Please teach her ( the young lady) how to respond to customers! I get it we all have bad days , if someone is showing you respect you give respect. I’ve been here a few times and never have a issue everyone else speaks! I’m not returning to this China King! I just felt like she didn’t want my business.

Usually my order is good here, but ordered fried doughnuts and they forgot to add the sugar. I called, and they said just add regular sugar lol. That’s not my job, I expect the sugar to already be on there while they are hot. Now they are just plain bread biscuits, didn’t try to make things better. Well ok, I’ll just go here less often or at all, there’s better places.. I don’t play with food now, you gotta at least get that one step right. It’s just two ingredients
