7-eleven

Last week I live in Las Vegas just passing through on my way back to Vegas. We have a lot of 7-Eleven's in Vegas . So I had no problem choosing this place for my fuel.. Ok here goes I've always heard things are bigger in Texas . I found out that attitudes are bigger and a**holes are bigger . From some dude I saw in the parking lot to a person in the store. Geez the 7-Eleven's in Vegas are totally different with very nice folks .. Rude clueless counter help. May been having a bad day. Just posting my experience that I had..

I took my son to get a snack at this 711 earlier today. Their coffee pot burner was on, with no coffee on it. It was very low, low enough for my son to reach over and touch it, not realizing what it was since a coffee pot was not on it. He was crying and the workers there were too busy eating behind the counter to help me out. I asked for a bag to put some Ice in and told him what had just happened and hinted that they should do something about the burner but he just sat back down and continued to eat his noodles. So I turned the burner off myself. Told them I turned it off since they l were doing nothing about it but he just started talking over me. Horrible customer service. And plus it stinks in there.
