Whataburger

I used to live in Texas and missed their burgers. I stopped eating burgers, but had to try it again...It still tastes good! If you have a man-size hunger, and crave a great tasting burger, definitely stop here and get one...Get the triple if you're hungry. The price for a meal is very reasonable. Try their Dr. Pepper shake.

Used to be my favorite whataburger location since food was always super tasty and you’d have quick/friendly service. Not sure if it’s just because it’s summer and they have hired students/temp workers but today they demonstrated that they didn’t care about quality or customer service. We did a mobile order and when we walked in we saw a lady upset to know they hadn’t started on her mobile order.. we figured that was going to be our issue as well. Surprise…when we walked up to the counter the cashier immediately rolled his eyes when I said mobile order and said they never look at that screen and we need to either just come in or go through drive thru. Also all their drinks were out of syrup and they said they couldn’t fix it.. their manager has to. Hopefully management can correct some of these issues. Food was still good though!

So I order sausage egg and cheese Add water Burger all the time. I ordered that because they're made fresh the only way I can eat them . This location has Dry eggs as if they've been sitting out all night.. I've sent back multiple back multiple orders to the point I asked for a fresh Taquitos this time when I ordered. I had to say it 3 times Never acknowledge me through the speaker.. When I get to the window she immediately slams the door shut. When she opens it opens it doesn't greet me at all just tells me the price With a horrible attitude. She then hands me the change back and says nothing . Same thing goes with the food. Not have a good morning nothing . And guess what eggs were dry. Sorry people working here go somewhere else
