Went to lunch with my son this afternoon. Jason was our waiter and he was great. Wonderful service, very friendly, and inventive. He made my son a "Donald Trump" Sundae. Lol

We’re currently going through a personal problem right now.. the manager Jessica gave us some orders that were not picked up today and has been so kind! Aaron is super sweet, she’s the best! She also came out and gave us a Mr.beast order that was not picked up before they closed the other night! And huge shout out to the cook Sarah! She made everything with love and the food was amazing! We couldn’t thank the staff enough for how generous and kind hearted they have ALL been to us during this tough time 🙏🏻 Truly this establishment is amazing. I wouldn’t choose any other Friendly’s!!

Friendly’s isn’t the same anymore. I had better food at my high school cafeteria! Disgusting and the waitress didn’t even smile once or talk to us much at all she was like she was soul less. Starting off throwing the menu on the table as it fell on the seat. I never had such horrible service in my life! And I used to be a waitress for 10 years! Never again will I step foot in the Gardner one. I gave it too many chances.

Don’t bother going to the ice cream counter with your kids to get ice cream! They are so busy with online orders that you could wait for a half hour at the counter and still not even have anyone take your order! People who were waiting had left, including us. I don’t blame the staff, as they were working incredibly hard. But I do blame the management. Either turn off online ordering when you are swamped, or be online ordering only and tell your customers. Clearly you can’t handle both.

Small portions, over priced.
They say that they open at 8am, well went there last week, no one showed up until 8am and at 8:45 the door's were still locked?.
That's OK because I found the best breakfast spot around!(the westminster Cafe!.).

It was sad that they don't offer any gluten free options. It was also very frustrating that I ordered Reese's peanut butter cups and got ONE peanut butter cup on top of my ice cream for $1. I was disappointed by that.

Staff does nothing but complain when I come to pick up a DoorDash order, they treat customers like a burden. It’s not a very welcoming environment. Clearly the staff is not supportive enough to help those who NEED it. 🤷♀️

I clean restaurant with updated decor we had very good service from an attendant who really was busy yet kept us well served. The plates that came out of the kitchen to our table as well as to others where well-stocked and well prepared we will return to this particular Friendly's again.
