Upon entering I was greeted cheerfully by a nice female employee who was very pleasant but the manager or supervisor jumped in and took over to help me and was not helpful, nor cheerful. she couldn't explain what the "holiday season" special sandwich was...and then told me they don't carry blueberry bagels, which is why I even went there in the first place and lastly I got a burnt coffee. I was not pleased and won't be going back.

I love DD but this one woman on the tag it said Amber,was rude and gave me a look of disgust, because I didn't tip, I go there all the time, never seen her before, usually all the people are great,but that one young lady needs to show more respect.

When we pulled up to the window she asked, what flavor was the hot medium coffee? Hazelnut.
She takes off the lid of my prepared coffee and another server adds the shot of liquid.
I dont know, finally realized they dont wear gloves and are touching our cup lids. Germnphobia strikes again.

This dunks is THE BEST. The morning staff is NEVER aggregated and always polite, kind, and thoughtful. They deserve every single accolade they get!

The male with the glases is very unpleasant to order from, foods good though.

Nevermind, the food is not good, they gave me a plain bagel instead of an everything bagel, also the bagel is stale.

Service is really good. Friendly staff. Only problem is getting out of there. Plants block the street view so can't really see any cars on either direction.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to remake drinks of you happened into another Gardner Dunks and they couldn't get it right. 17 Pearson will always be my go-to dunks.
