Super Buffet

06/09/22 The Health Department should shut this place down. I feel terrible for the employees. They were cleaning but the restaurant is still dirty. The Owners should take more pride in their location. The hot food cold. There's no seasoning. The lemonade was watered down. It cost $50 to feed us but not worth it at all.

Very very horrible service. Hosted a party of 20 and was charged for 28. We were instructed to get in a line so they can add us to a list... when the second round of 6 guests went up no one was even there to count, therefore i created my own list as proof. When I confronted the owner about the extra charges she got upset and yelled "there's nothing I can do about it you already paid" I showed her my list of individuals and asked her to check cameras for the party area. She refused to do so and still said there was nothing she could do. We were charged $110.72 extra for people that never even attended. The overall reason for the 1 star is the way we were treated infront of all the customers, and the unwillingness of the owner to even try and fix their wrong. Instead of listening to the customer, they raise their voices and assume they are right because they "counted." Not only do I feel robbed by this business, but also feel very humiliated.

The food was Terrible, it was all cold. It tasted like it's been sitting there for hours. My kids didn't like it as well, they only tasted the food. The soda didn't taste right, it was like it was mixed with tap water. I complained to Manager he didn't listen or do anything to help the situation. He just told us if you don't like it you can leave. We wasted $75.00 on food we didn't eat, only tasted nor did we enjoy the food. It was not worth it.

Came here multiple times and will still do, like the staff and may have gotten a glimpse of the manager or owner to personally complement but someday. Food is a variety to choose from, even tho its all you can eat but my first serving takes care of my tummy. Never had a problem. Keep up the good service and disregard negative remarks. See you soon again for more shrimps and ribs.. ribs are awesome. Stop by again and more pleased, I think I had more coffee this time..didn't want to turn down waiter and she asked what I needed so..more coffee. Added a star, hah. Still wanted to compliment the owner but maybe..just maybe next time. For sure..... I'll be back

Food was terrible, we tried a variety of food items, it was overly greasy, or tasted like it was sitting there for hours, and the drinks tasted watered down 5 of 5 of us, did not like anything, and when we requested a refund the manager/owner refused...$75 for bad food....the manager told me "if you don't like the food do not return" but was just passing through. Horrible service, and Food.

The food made me sick and nauseous and I did not get a refund for it. I just barely ate a little bit and they would not give me a refund at all because they said that they don’t give away free food and if I didn’t like it that I shouldn’t eat there again even though I live out of town and no sign for no refund. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮
