This place is conveniently located but for that reason it is always busy! Even if you place a mobile order the spaces are filled and you can either wait for a space to open up or sit in the drive-thru lane to get your order. The staff is hardworking and thorough at getting orders filled. I gave it a four stars for always being busy not for the service. Come get your unhealthy and fast eats on at your local McDonald's! 🤪

I haven’t had hot fries from a McDonald’s in what seems like forever. Today, at this location, not only were the fries fresh and so hot and crispy, my McDouble was also hot and made perfectly. Much needed after a hike in the Grand Canyon! Thank you so much!!!!

05/08, around 2015, I ordered a small latte. Everything was fine, no problem's with order placement, no wait time, temperature of latte was perfect. Except when I get home & finish my drink. I felt something, I thought was gunk, in my mouth. I spit in the sink, look in the cup and saw it was a piece of cloth napkin/paper towel.

Worst ever i finally give them a chance again and they forgot my fries food cold and wrong sauces. Being as i paid for it they should get it right. Not worth the time or money. The buns were hard not fresh and soft. Will never go back again so sick of paying for what we dont get and should.

Place was very busy so it took a while to get our food but all the employee were busy and the service was efficient.

Drive thru takes 30 min minimum to get any order. Burgers are warm but hard fries. I recommend the west side McDonald's

Every time I come to this McDonald’s I’m always told to pull to a number and then I sit here for a good 20 minutes waiting definitely going to the west side from now on.

I placed a mobile order. Coffee and a pie. I was asked to wait at a numbered spot. After 15 minutes I started calling the store. It was busy. I talked to an employee delivering orders. I left after another 15 minutes. Called the store for a refund. They wouldn't and I had to go through corporate on the app. COFFEE AND A PIE
