Probably best hidden treasure of cuisine in Gallup! Don't dismiss the look of this place nor the fact it's tucked in the back of a gas station convenience store. THIS FOOD IS BEYOND FANTASTIC!!! The printed menu isn't up to date, but the flavor will blow your taste buds away. First time I've ever been there (because I couldn't find it last two times, so note it's in the back of the gas station convenience store) and it won't be my last! PS they no longer have Mutabal but they now have Babaganoush! I'm so happy to find this gem; you will too!
