This is a local bakery at the junction of Rt. 28 and Quince Orchard Blvd in west Gaithersburg. Run by a small staff, there is an incredible variety of bread and pastries. During the holidays there are special breads, rolls and pies. Orders are taken online.
The area in front of the counter but people are courteous and wait their turns.
There is no indoor seating and just two small tables in front of the store.
Open 7 days a week, with reduced hours on the actual day of a holiday.

Love getting thier fresh bread. I usually just go with the white loaf and a croissant on the side. Just know that if you want a baguette you'll need to get there earlier in the day while they still have some.

We enjoy the variety of Breads available at Spring Mill Bread Co. In Gaithersburg. Some of our favorites are Aisaggio Cheese and Cinnamon Apple. They have a limited selection of brownies, cookies, scones etc. You can order Pies and breads ahead of time. We'll worth a visit.

A truly wonderful, locally owned and operated gem. The absolute BEST baked goods and service. The owner is lovely and so helpful. This is completely worth the stop and so much better than any other bakeries I’ve been!

One of the best bakeries in town for fresh bread and baked treats. Their seven grain crunch bread is the best and so are their gingerbread cookies and raspberry crumble! Great owner too, very sweet people.

I buy the 3 Seed and 7 Grain bread loaves weekly. I also buy their red raspberry and black raspberry preserves. Consistent excellent quality.

I came into today by chance just after they opened at 8am, I tried the mushroom turnover and the spinach and feta turnover - they were wonderfully piping hot and delicious. Will be back to try other items!
