I get it, when you're swamped it's hard to clean up, but when you observe multiple employees behind the counter all clustered around one station chatting, the manager running their butts off and the counters, dining room and serving areas an absolute mess it's hard to ignore. I'm giving you an extra star, only because benefit of the doubt is a hard thing to find, but after that showing its more than the restaurant and employees deserve.

We really enjoy Braums. I had the strawberry/poppy seed salad. It was very good, fresh, good size portion and tasty. I will definately have it again. 4 star only because of cleanliness on booths and restroom and the wait time for a cashier at the grocery area upon check- out.

Traveling through Texas and saw these signs with huge ice cream cones, every where. Finished a 12 miles Veteran Hike so decided to treat ourselves. She tried a single scoop of butter brickle and I one of cookie and cream. Y'all better open one in Iowa real quick. A whole menu begging for tasting. Great service, value, and taste. Carb friendly bread is as good as it gets too. Thanks Braum's.

The hamburgers were delicious as always. We drove through, got our lunch and pulled into the parking lot to eat.
I'm sorry but I believe every business should be responsible for keeping their property up to their standards!! I took the picture of this past in the parking lot. I find the message disturbing to say the least! I won't go back to this establishment again!!

Their chicken sandwich didn't have much flavor nor their fries.
They do not honor their product promise on the bottom of the receipt. So I had to buy another shake.

Why we needed 6 people helping for the 4 of us, only to bump and bang into each other, repeat questions, and mess up the order is beyond me.<br/>They weren't unfriendly, but too eager and confused to properly take care of customers.<br/>Food - well, we love Braums. Nothing was prepared improperly or tasted badly.<br/>Shop needs a facelift!

Really stupid people work here. They should get on the company website and learn how to make sundaes. The guy threw 2 out before I told him to just forget it.
