Taco Bell

Friendly, patient, and quick staff!! I went at 12:30 pm and there was a long line of about 10 cars in the drive through since it was the only place still open. A nice young man patiently took my order. At the window, I accidentally dropped the food and he politely told me it would be a minute for him to get it remade. After only a few minutes, my order was ready. Another staff member handed me my remade food and told me to have a great night. Although they were slammed, they were still providing excellent customer service. I will definitely drive to this location more often.

Honestly, I really don't give them one star. I have spent over 25 minutes total sitting in a Drive-Thru for an order that I placed online, paid for online, and was told to just tell them when I got here and it would be ready. On top of that, the person running the drive-thru expects me to pay a second time for food I've already paid for. I thought I was ordering from a different location that's on the other end of the same road, or I would not have ordered at all. This particular Taco Bell is extremely dirty, the staff is horrendously rude to the customers always, and they overcharged for things that have a different price online. And I honestly believe that the only way for them to be slower would be for them to go backwards!!!

After a long day of travel, we wanted a late nite bite, "MEXICAN PIZZA is back! Or so I've heard 😵 After waiting in line with the other late-munchers 37 minutes..there's a curled-up, sun-soaked sheet of paper, informing everyone: Sorry, No MEXICAN PIZZA! We were devastated! After some recalculation, we decided on a different route (continuing our travel day jargon). We chose two combo meals that would give us a variety of tacos & chalupas. We didn't get chalupas. We got tacos & a burrito. We've lived in this area for nearly 4 years & have never visited this Taco Bell location. The young man working @ the window was kind enough to be on the receiving end of my playful abuse about the pizza, & maintain a smile. His kindness & professional behavior was appreciated. Of course the incorrect order wasn't realized until we got home. I don't think I'll return. 37 minutes, desired menu item not in stock, and incorrect order adds up to no 2nd chances. 3 stars because what food we did receive was good & fresh. And a pleasant person @ the drive-thru window.

This was one my first meals when coming back to the states. And let me tell you, it did exactly what was needed of it. After consumption, maybe 3-4 hours later, the rumbling in my belly began and I knew what was to come. As I sat on the toilet my bum erupted like the chasms of Mt. Vesuvius, destroying everything in its path! This was indeed exactly what I needed on a Friday night. Highly recommend for those looking for a cleanse.
