Moe's Southwest Grill

Absolutely obsessed with the redesign and new aesthetic. The decor elevates the experience and makes it feel like a nice sit down restaurant. I ordered pick up on the app because I had an app exclusive coupon. I was impressed by their Covid measures and every staff member had a mask on. Everything looked like it had been recently cleaned and organized. The Coca Cola Freestyle machine now has a touch free QR code method which is really cool to use!

They’ve cheaped out really bad. Continue to get less food but prices keep going up. They’re now giving a completely pathetic amount of chips per meal, and it’s either mostly crumbs or the chips haven’t been properly drained and literally taste like fry oil. Salsa bar is literally never filled or cleaned up. At this point the food really isn’t worth the price anymore.

I was excited to find this Moe's... that quickly changed. There was NO 'welcome to moes'...there was no greeting...every single employee looked miserable...employee was called from the back to help and didn't even wash his hands... was not told the queso on our burrito was extra.... was upgraded to a combo without being told and then didn't get the queso with the combo. Bathroom was a mess...no cup lids, no regular size straws...overflowing trash and dirty tables. Now less then 1hr later we both feel sick to our stomach. We will definitely NOT be returning to this location.

I used to love to go to Moe's. I stopped going because I could never place a order online and it would take forever to get my food if I ordered at the restaurant. I tried agian recently and once agian I was not allowed to place a order online to be picked up. So I can't recommend this location. They are awful.
