Valentines Day around 6 and Busy. We were told an hour or more wait but opted for the Bar which was GREAT. Outstanding Bartender /Waitress took care of us quickly and to our every need. The Seafood seemed a little Flat and needed more heat. seasoning, or something. We enjoyed our time and again, OUR SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH.

I absolutely have to brag on this place! In today's day and age where customer service seems to be progressively lacking, I want to say that this Red Lobster location is on point! We have been here probably 4 times since June and ALWAYS receive EXCELLENT service and DELICIOUS food! Please keep doing what you do and don't change a thing! We will keep coming back!

The resturant was very clean and we were seated right away. Our server was above excellent. Very polite and attentive through out our meal. There was a glitch with our order but the manager came over right away and made it correct. We appreciated that very much. The food was delicious and presented very nicely. Overall it was a very pleasant dinner. We will be returning . It is a 45 min drive for us. Highly recommend this establishment.

Very disappointed. Wife got shrimp on a skewer (shrimp served cold). My son and I got the Admirals Feast. (Clam strips were very thin, with a heavy batter and popcorn shrimp were pea size in heavy batter, no real flavor just batter. Spent $90.00 with tip. Only redeeming things were the salad, biscuits and a great server. This was our first time back post COVID. Used to go fairly often for special occasions. Prices high, value and quality not so much.

The atmosphere was very off at this red lobster. No one looked like they wanted to be there so their attitudes were off. Which is fine sometimes but the food was awful. I love red lobster so I was surprised to find that everything tasted either bland, old or had no taste. Very disappointed.

Lobster tail was small but delicious. Didn't eat half of beef fillet..zero flavor. Broccoli and green beans were cold and old. Mushroom appetizer was delish. Server was good.

I love Red Lobster and due to health issues and Covid, I have not been able to go for 2 yrs. My husband and I went last week around 2 in the afternoon when it wasn't crowded and asked to be seated away from other people for safety reasons due to covid. I think that it was the best meal that I have ever had. Our server was great she went above and beyond to make our meal a positive experience. Our meals were hot and prepared correctly, the restaurant was very clean. I recommend visiting soon.

When entering, we expected to be greeted, but the hostess didn't speak at all. She didn't even say to follow her to the table.
However, our waitress was outstanding and the food tasted great.
