Worst experience I’ve ever had. We had a party of 12. I understand it’s a big party. However, we waited two hours to get our food (which we had them box up in the kitchen because the food never made it to us). There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. People who arrived an hour after us received their food and left before we ever received ours. Ridiculous! These are their so called “loaded fries”

The worst experience I've had at a restaurant. It wasn't even busy but the wait was an HOUR AND A HALF. The food wasn't good, and it was somehow COLD. We just wanted to take it an leave but they didn't allow Togo boxes for Monday wings, despite the awful experience. We also got fries and those were cold and tiny too? Like HOW do they mess it up so bad, i never want to come back here. Edit: owner replied and tried to say food was ordered at 6:50, part of the time was spent waiting to even have order taken, and given how lousy and slow everything was i wouldn't be surprised if it took them till 50 to log our order, way after we put it in. Do not try to excuse this, be better and accept responsibility.

Could not believe how racist the manager’s cousin is. She’s a bartender I believe her name is Natalie. Trespassed me and all my black friends, for complaining about a drink she did nothing in her power to fix. I’ve been going to this establishment for almost a year but I’ve never seen this lady before. She was rude didn’t want to speak to us after we requested her twice to our table. just called the police. Ridiculous!

Wine there for happy hour for the first time in well over a year. The place has changed a little. They seem to now have a stage for performances and they have moved all the pool tables except for one which is in the corner, next to the bar and out of the way. A healthy separation. Crowd seemed sparse that early. All the staff we saw wore masks, none of the customers once in. The tables are spaced well too.
