Domino's Pizza

Not only does this dominos offer delicious pizza but it’s employees are amazing! On one occasion one of the employees was kind enough to tell us about the best deal going on that night. Also, one night as my wife and I were waiting for our pizza, my car broke down! it’s battery died. The manager (Claire) and the employee who took our order (Kylie) not only did they kindly take our order, but they took time out of their work shift to help me jumó our car! Thank you Kylie for having jumper Cables and Claire for using your skills to help us jump our car!! Also the pizza here is delicious!! I highly recommend this dominos for everyone 😊😊😊

I always order delivery from this location and they always do spectacular. Unfortunately, one night I got one of my orders wrong and decided to file a complaint which I thought would be ignored completely. I was surprised by the fast response from Dominos and even received a call to receive a coupon for my next visit whilst apologizing for the inconvenience. We all make mistakes which is why I did not make it such a big deal but being cared for in this way truly impressed me! I am definitely going to keep ordering from this location!

Normally this dominos is on point. We order twice a month and always have had great experiences. Today we just ordered our usual, which includes a Mediterranean oven baked sandwich. We order the Mediterranean because my girlfriend is vegetarian and that’s the only one she can eat. Before biting into the sandwich she noticed it smelled different and when she removed the top the vegetarian sandwich contained big slices of what looked like salami. Normally running into the dilemma of meat on vegetarian dishes isn’t a big deal, but with how much we’ve come to trust dominos (they are usually always great about not letting meat touch pizzas and sandwiches that are vegetarian) she almost bit right into the sandwich. Again not a huge deal and I still give 4 stars, but there’s no place to write in with a complaint or to work out the situation and the effort of dealing with all that doesn’t seem worth it. Side note: I’m not a vegetarian and I ate the sandwich and it was delicious

It tastes like other Dominos and they have fast and friendly service. If you just go in and order it is a short wait until they have your food ready to go. Delivery service is fast and reliable,but there is a charge that does not include a tip for the delivery person. My rating is based more on the dependability of getting a reasonably hot and fresh pizza or dinner quickly, and they almost always have specials that you do not need a coupon for. And the chocolate lava cakes are great.

I have been ordering pizza at this Domino's for 7 years. I've never really had any issues. Last week the domino's app started glitching so I deleted it. Yesterday on my way home I wanted to order pizza to pick up, but since the app was deleted I just called in my order. The same order I've had x 7 years so I know round about what it will cost. When we picked it up we didn't notice the $10 increase in price so when I got home I called. The manager told me it was corporate policy not to offer the discounted prices unless the customer specifically asks when taking a phone order. While I think that is bananas, okay fine. They can't change corporate policy, I get that. However, from the start of the call the Manager was VERY rude and sassy. I would have been perfectly happy with "I'm so sorry it's just store policy. Can I give you a coupon off for your next order?" or something like that. But instead I just got straight attitude. To the managers credit she comped my entire purchase, but all I was really looking for was a little decency and an I'm sorry you didn't get what you were expecting. Especially since I've ordered pizza here 2-3 x per month for 7 years. I think I'll be finding a new pizza place.

Ordered 7 pizzas for a group meeting that began at 1:00PM. I ordered them online the day before and asked for delivery by 12:30PM the next day to give myself, and Domino's, a 30 minute buffer in case things didn't go to plan. I called at 11:30 to ensure my online order had been received and that everything would be there for the 12:30 meeting. The manager assured me that everything had been received and it would be there by 12:30. 12:30 came and went and everyone arrived at 1:00 expecting the lunch that had been promised to them. The pizza finally arrived at about 1:45PM. An hour and 15 minutes late, and 45 minutes into the LUNCH meeting. I kept calling the manager asking where everything was two times. She said something along the lines of they had a lot of other orders, something that didn't matter to me as the customer placing their order the day before and when I called you to check on the order, or to my 20 hungry colleagues. She sent a Coke as an apology. This is all to say, businesses beware. If you're ordering for an office luncheon, it likely will not make it there on time or even close to time.
