Dunkin'

I've been coming to this dunkin for about a 2 months 4-5 times a week now since it's really the only coffee place on my way to work. Everything has been great until they got this new employee. Since then my coffee order has been wrong everytime they have her putting in orders or making it. I ask for the hazelnut swirl and liquid cane sugar, yet I'll get no flavoring and granulated sugar. It's disgusting. Not only that I'm still being charged the extra fee for the swirl when I'm not even getting it in my coffee. Might need to rethink my route to work from now on...

I found a dead cockroach in my iced coffee after I already drank it. I normally get a large iced coffee a few times a week before I go in to work because it's easy to order on the app and it's quick to pick up. Today I ordered my regular drink and went in to work with it. It tasted ok, besides the normal old coffee bitterness that's always there, but when I got to the bottom I noticed something in the ice. I thought it was a piece of napkin or something but after looking at it I discovered that it was a legit dead and smushed up cockroach. I've put up with a lot from this location, like old coffee/espresso, poorly made drinks, and long waits, but this is insane. I work in food service myself and I have never seen anything like this before. If there's roaches showing up in customer's drinks then there's gotta be a lot more where that came from.
