Cold Stone Creamery

Coffee/caramel latte with walnuts and Carmel sauce. My wife and I wanted some ice cream and my mother in law wanted a chocolate shake. When we got there we were told that they didn't have any milk but Leon didn't let that stop him he still made us one tonight. His personality and drive and customer service was so on point tonight. Thank you for a great experiment. We definitely will have to go back and see Leon again before we head back to Pennsylvania.

I hate to say it but I really was not impressed with this ice cream. I've heard all the hype about this ice cream. What I ordered was a mint ice cream. And then I wanted to add chips to the ice cream so I can have mint chocolate chip. First of all I could barely taste any mint in an ice cream. And the chocolate chips had an artificial taste to it. The size I got was love it. And with the ice cream and the chocolate chips it came out to be an 8.75. for something that really look like maybe one and a half scoops. I personally feel that the ice cream is overpriced. The only reason I went here was because Baskin-Robbins near where I live the freezers were not working. Baskin-Robbins chocolate chip ice cream run circles around stone cold creameries mint ice cream. Also it seemed like everyone behind the calendar was under trained. I'm sorry to be mean and cruel. But if I'm going to Shell out 875 for ice cream it should be the best ice cream out there. And again I was done impressed.

This is the most expensive dirtiest and worst cold stone I have ever been to. Its still cold stone so the ice cream still has good flavor. This one has Tiny portions and its a couple dollars more for each size then all the other stores I have been too. Last time I went all the ice cream was melted like soup in the bowl. Her excuse was...maybe they need to spend some money fixing their feeezers.

Horrible. The portion is small and the work is sloppy. The lady gave me a cup with ice cream stuck on the sides of the cup and filled it half way. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I’ll never go back. The only reason this review is a 2 star instead of 1 is because the guy that was working when I went back to voice my upset remade the "like it" cup and upgraded it without charge.
