Burger King

We ordered 3 original chicken sandwich meals, 1 whopper meal and a whopper he. The food was hot and fresh. The package that our burgers came in was wrapped like a beautiful gift❤️ The lady at the window just made the sweet tea and told us it was good.. we never tried it before. It was the perfect ratio of water, tea and sugar. A big Thank you and Awesome job to you people at BK! We enjoyed our take out.

I work at the Gadsden Job Corps Center and one of my students was cheated out of her Burger King order that was supposed to be delivered by Door Dash. After speaking with Door Dash and the Burger King Store Manager, Ms. Ashley, and she confirmed the order was in fact picked up by Door Dash. Door Dash claimed the wrong driver picked up the order and they refused to own up to it. After this time, Store Manager Ms. Ashley handled the situation in a very professional manner that satisfied my student. Thank you Ms. Ashley. Burger King is very fortunate to have you in a managerial position and I certainly hope you get that promotion you so richly deserve.

It's obvious this franchise owner doesn't read the reviews on their restaurant. This is the worst Burger King ever. The lobby is always closed it seems like and you have to wait for 30 mins or more in the drive thru. When asked, they give the excuse of they don't have enough employees to operate both. Then there is a problem and it's prob with the management. The owner needs to fire the management or demote them and start over. That's no excuse when every other restaurant is open and has plenty of employees.

I ordered 3 burgers. I got two of them but they were completely wrong and 30 chicken nuggets and no receipt was given. This is the worst service ever. They need their staff trained better. I saw one dude working and the rest just walking around eating food. I’ve worked in fast food ( a Burger King ) and never was it as bad as this. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Used the BK App to order my food and paid for it in the app also. The food was prepared to my specifications from the app and the order taker in the drive thru was courteous and prompt in confirming my order and giving me a receipt and then I had a slight wait to get to the second window to get my food both workers in the second window were just a little disorganized and slow

Our order was not correct when my husband got it home. When I called to tell them, they were very rude and said I was mistaken on what he ordered. The manager got on the phone and slso said another order that was not what he ordered. She was rude and talking over me. This is not the first time items have been left out. Just upsetting to be talked to that way.
