Subway

The employees have been there long enough to know menu items that are jo longer on the menu and how to male them which amazing for the fact that my favorite go to is the feast wich hasn't been around in close to ten years. The keep a decently clean store and have am amazing sense of humor when it comes to small talk. Best one I've been too in awhile. Recommended by me to be in the top ten of the state.

I ordered from the app and they made the wrong sandwich. When I called to request the correct order they were rude and did not want to fix it. When I talked to the woman she was very rude and just said just come up here and get the other one. when I went to the store to return the wrong sandwich and get the correct one half of the ingredients in the correct sandwich are in the rapper and not on the sandwich.

The main woman behind the counter was overwhelmed and short tempered. She treated the other employees poorly, and was short and rude to customers. One customer asked for guac, when informed it was $1.50 extra, the customer asked why so much, she said "well it's 0.75 cents, but that is a foot long sandwich so you have to get two scoops" When I ordered a sweet onion chicken she failed to inform me they were out of sweet onion chicken (among a host of other things they were out of, spinach, olives, cookies, cheese ... etc); when I asked for sweet onion and was informed by the polite gentleman that they were out I asked her why she didn't inform me of that when I ordered. Her response "how was I supposed to know you would get sweet onion on it, no everyone does"; that's not really the point. This is by far, by FAR, the worst Subway experience I have ever had. Please someone from Subway help this woman with some retraining.
