Choux Creme

Excellent ice cream. But for the fact that they didn't have the first three things we ordered from the menu, it would have been a five star review. I had a small nutella ice cream with no toppings. It was smooth, creamy and delicious. My son had the chocolate, which was good but not as good as the nutella. And my daughter in law had coffee ice cream over a fresh brownie. The brownie was warm and fresh. The coffee ice cream was smooth, rich, and very tasty. A bit pricey, but overall well worth the expense.

Dense. Rich. Creamy...The ice cream here is so thick and creamy you can chew it! Always great service. The experience is memorable seeing the nitrogen smoke right behind a clear glass shield. This is exceptional high quality ice cream. Like most things, you do get what you pay for - this place is no exception.

My daughter's go-to for ice cream. Pricey, yes, but for me the smile on her face is priceless. Their macarons are so puffy and light, my usual go-to favorites. Tonight I went light with a pineapple sorbet and bottled water. Her mint scoop over hot brownie sprinkled with mochi, cookie dough bites and cheesecake bites was so yummy. She got full so I helped. I would have taken a photo but we ate too fast.

Love all the options and flavor. The ice cream was dense, smooth and not too sweet. They had cool music playing and the staff was very helpful with recommendations. She even lit a candle on my sundae, for my birthday. I guess I just have to get used to one flavor at time there. That's the only downside. Lots of seating, bright lighting an Overall great experience

Went on a Saturday night for the first time around 9pm and there was a decent line. This is a nitrogen ice cream place with baked goods where you can get ice cream with cookies, churros, the choir (exclaim type pastry), waffle, or with coffee. The line was mostly due to taking a long time to order, my guess is because their menu behind where they are making the ice cream doesn't list all of the options, as another menu behind where you order has a few more options. We ordered a salted caramel ice cream over a warm brownie and it was pretty good. The ice cream was rich and creamy and the brownie was warmed to make it seem fresh baked. For $7 I think it's worth it when you consider what other nitrogen ice cream places charge, but I think the menu needs to be improved to show all the options on the big screens so that it's easier to order when you get up to order. The place is clean and there is plenty of seating. You can park in the lot behind this building or right on Commonwealth if you can find it.
