App and Google hours listed as open at 8am. Went in at 8:55 and was told they don't open until 9. Yet when I asked if she was ready to make sandwiches at 9 (I would have happily waited the 5 mins), was told no, that nothing was ready. Hit up the store across the street for immediate service instead

Expectation vs Reality
I usually get meatball sub which is usullay good but this time I decided to try a salad. I don't really have a problem with how sad the salad looks since I usually care about the taste but the amount served is so little compared to the pictures and the plate that was served on.

I am so tired of this subway not getting things right or putting as little as possible on your sub. Why advertise you can get it made your way if you are NOT going to do that. Do yourself a favor and go to a different subway.

So angry, ordered from online and this location gave them half the order. I know we’re all out here trying to make money but even the delivery guy was unable to communicate why my order was incorrect. He said to call the store but the store was not answering my call.

No masks, no gloves, no hair nets, didn't know what flatbread was, tried to roll my sandwich. No one was listening or paying attention. All acted like new employees with no real management. It's just a family, had 12 year olds working here.

Stood there over 30 mins with no acknowledgement from either of the 2 guys working. Horrible customer service!!

Absolutely horrible, people here can’t listen. She’s making sandwiches without gloves or a mask. And then has 0 customer service. Oh and even better the store owner has the audacity to tell me to get out the store because I’m losing him customers. Tbh this place is so bad I’d rather eat a bug of the ground than his waste to space. They need to add a 0 star feature. This is actually the worst subway lol.
