Subway

Ordered from mobile app - sweet onion chicken teriyaki with cheese, but gave rotisserie chicken and no cheese and veggies were messed up - in the second sandwich ordered steak, but no steak and cheese and gave banana pepper which was not in order list. The preparer seems not able to interpret the order and require proper training. The amount of ingredients seems less compared to other subways. Restaurant is clean and have ample parking.

We got footling veggie delights here today and the sandwiches barely have any veggies in them. We paid for the veggie delights and we got mostly bread in return. We are not getting any meats so for a veggie sandwich there should be enough veggies. Sandwich Artist who made our sandwiches was putting only few veggies and when I asked to put little bit more, she didn’t like it.

May 20, 2021 I went to pick up my sandwiches that I had ordered over the internet. First of all I want is the sauces be put on the side and they were not. I got the sandwiches home the bread was so hard it was very hard to eat. All new people in there and apparently they don’t know what fresh bread. They also put the sauce on the bread and not on the side. They said it was not on the order. They showed me the receipt showed me it was not on the receipt to put it on the side. The receipt on the bag with my sandwiches and it had it on it, they just didn’t read it. They were very rude about it, but they did make the sandwiches again, and the bread was so hard you can hardly eat it. Do not waste your money at this subway. Lebanon and Preston Road, FRISCO, TX
