Starbucks

One of the worst Starbucks around! This place is constantly closing early and they don’t put that on their website on anything. Decided to go there and was in line before their “3:30” closing time and they had already been closed and the employees had a sign on the floor… nobody is going to see a sign about closing at 3:30 if it’s closed -.- always a horrible experience when I go to this Starbucks in particular. Worse thing was just waiting to drive up to see the sign and not being able to leave the drive thru because of both cars in front abs behind me.

This Starbucks is by FAR the WORST one I’ve ever been too. The past 2 times I’ve gone I haven’t been able to receive my food item… FOOD ITEM… ONE!! The first time I went they were backed up and I had to be somewhere in less than 10 minutes and at this point I have been waiting for 15 for a heated up Ham & Swiss Croissant! She gave me my refund and I left upset and hungry The second time was this morning and was my last straw. I was having a bad morning and was starving and very tired and I wanted to try and get my croissant. So I went and the line was long (as normal) and it took 15 minutes to get to the speaker. I ordered the same thing as last time and she said “Just one Ham & Swiss Croissant alright $4.82” I pull up and the guy said “We are out of them.” At this point I was fed up! He had the guts to tell me “I’m sorry”. NO! Your not sorry because you could’ve told me they were out in the beginning or you could’ve replaced it with something else. I will never return to this location! I don’t recommend it whatsoever!

I have been going to Starbucks for about 20 years with my mom started out as just after school talk and 20 years later now that I work in a school the tradition continues. The staff is so awesome to my mom and to myself. This store in particular welcomed us from California and now we come here every day after I finish work. Every single person who works here is super nice and courteous and always makes the drinks good. I feel some Starbucks could be faster but then the drink isn’t perfected I’d rather wait a minute or two longer and get the best drink.

Terrible customer service experience. Ordered through the app, and still waited almost 10 minutes past my pickup time before I could not wait any longer and had to go to work. I ordered through the app only to stand and wait for nothing, and so glad I had the privilege of paying $5 for that. Starbucks won't refund your account even when it's their screw up. What excellent customer service on their part.
