Hooters

Who doesn’t love Hooters! It’s basketball season and this location is a great place to stop in to watch the game! They did appear to be short staffed because I only saw 2 waitress however you wouldn’t know it because Britt and the other young lady was very responsive always checked on us to make sure we were good. Very very sweet and welcoming and even though it was only 2 of them they moved like it was 10 of them. These ladies are amazing. Don’t forget to be kind & be sure to tip them as they work very hard and also provide great customer service! Also Hooters has some of the best crab legs and butter! If you have tried them I encourage you to get them! We didn’t leave any behind LOL!!!

New to the Frisco area and just driving around, I spotted Hooters. Hadn’t been in ages. Of course the menu had changed and my favorite platter was no longer offered, but I ordered the steamed shrimp and mac n cheese. My friend ordered the Mac n Cheese Burger. Food didn’t take long and the burger looked DELICIOUS, but was very rare. My steamed shrimp wasn’t bad, but the seasoning was on the outer shell moreso in one area. I recognize that sometimes if not clarified, the cook may prep beef the way they may enjoy or what’s pleasing to them. Not a problem. I sent the burger back and they corrected it. We did munch on the shrimp while we waited or it would have been cold waiting on the corrected burger. All the while, the young lady who waited on us was gracious and sweet. I’ll definitely go back for THAT reason alone. One suggestion: once the shrimp comes out maybe shake it in a seasoning bag (?) We enjoyed it. That burger came back PERFECT!

Order was messed up and supervisor was very arrogant… he doesn’t know how to run business. I have to drive all the way to fix my order… no apologies.. sorry nothing…I don’t recommend.. spoiling reputation of hooters.. hope he will fix manager walde… I hate to say but this is one of the wrost hooters I have been to . I see standard reply from owner but want to know what was done to correct the issue.

I feel bad writing this review, because Hooters used to have some damn good wings. Things change. Maybe it’s was the pandemic or inflation, but every facet of the food we ordered was the poorest possible quality. Mozzy sticks & wings were just awful… as in some of the worst I’ve ever had. Now, I’m leaving still half hungry & feeling miserable from the bits I did manage to eat. Oh well. On the other hand, the service was great. The staff seems to have pretty low morale overall, though. I want to give more stars, but just shocked at the poor food quality. They need to visit the competitors for a taste test - Twin Peaks, Tight Ends & even Knockouts. Hooters has fallen way behind.

We ordered Doordash pickup wings and waffle fries.. The wings were fine but we paid $7 for waffle fries and when we got home and opened the fries box we were only given 8 fries. That's about $1 per waffle fry. I called the store manager Joe and he assured me that they would refund my fries. It has been about a week and still no refund. Pretty disappointed in this business.

Got there at opening 11am, manager opened the door with a friendly greeting, our server was very attentive and got our order correct, drink service was fast. Wings, nachos with chicken and an order of waffle fries came out hot and very tasty. So satisfied we left our server a bonus tip. Thanks Hooters 5 stars today.
