Twin Peaks

I've never been to a Twin Peaks Restaurant before today, as I entered I was surprised how empty the restaurant was compared to what I have heard of Twin Peaks being a busy place. The food was great, cooked perfectly and was cooked quickly. But customer service was terrible, waiter would rather be on her phone then engage with the customer especially only have 2 or 3 tables to serve. I won't be back to this location.

Food was great. Service was not. When we arrived, parking was full and we thought the place was booming. Walk inside, lots of servers standing around, only a couple tables with patrons, and bar looked busy, but not 100%. Service could have been much better, especially considering they had so many servers and most tables were empty.

A coworker and I went to have a drink after work here, and we were very pleased that we did. Ali, our waitress, was phenomenal! She was very attentive and helped us to promptly get the tv next to us changed to the Stars game. Highly recommend her! The skillet meatballs were tasty and the beer was frosty. Great place and great service! We will definitely be going back!

So the manager Jeff tells me after I send the food back that the grill was not set to proper temperature and that is why my wings were not cooked properly. The waitress literally felt the temperature on some of my wings and they were warm and some were cold. The manager admitted they were not properly cooked and the temperature settings were too low on the grill and they were not ok to eat. That is out of the managers mouth. They of course did not charge me for half cooked wings and offered to pay for my meal next time. I expressed I hope I do not get sick from this and he said he understood. I don't know who exactly is in charge of their kitchen but the food lately has been going down hill. This is however ridiculous and unsafe! How many other people ate improperly cooked food today? I have been a regular there since moving here until tonight. I am very disappointed. I can over look some things but not food served at dangerous temperatures. The quality of food at this location has gone downhill lately but this is too much! Improperly cooked chicken is just not acceptable at all. The owners need to really do some training at this location!
