Pizza Hut

After ordering a pizza online I waited 25 minutes to come pick it up. I showed up and was told my pizza wasn't ready yet. I look up at the screen and there's my name and says order ready. So I mention this to the cashier and it turned out my order had been taken with another order so they told me It wasn't here and they would have to remake it and to come back in 15 -20 minutes. I go to the store across the street for 25 more minutes and come back to pizza hut , they still do not have the order ready. I ended up spending a total of an hour waiting in the parking lot for pizza & cinnamon bites for an order that was placed ahead of time and should've been ready when I arrived. Very unprofessionally managed business. I've had problems with this pizza hut many times and it's just unfortunate because there isn't any other pizza hut locations in the area

Way over priced: 2 Lrg one topping stuff crust pizzas at over $48 total(Pick up. Not delivered). Plus the pizzas looked like a $6 Hot and Ready. Also, they add a $1.93 per order as a service charge (just for choosing to eat their). Lela’s and Me-n-Ed’s blow this place away. They can keep their phone app.

I’m surprised this place has such low ratings. The place can be hard to get into since it’s off Clinton and Weber Ave, despite that the place is really clean inside. Not much sitting space, but it’s a place to just quickly get your pizza and go. Staff was very kind and professional, my pizza and wings looked amazing, and the wait was only 15 minutes takeout. Don’t always believe the reviews and see for yourself 🍍✨🍕💫🍗
