I've worked in the food/customer service industry and I've dealt with and seen a fair amount of horrible service, the guy working tonight gave THE WORST customer service I've literally ever seen. Horrid attitude, extremely rude. My fiancé had just gotten off of work so we went to pick up a pizza and a coffee, but the worker was so unfriendly he made my fiancé uncomfortable. Not going back to this store. Highly recommend the owner to find someone who will actually do their job and not chase customers away.

Went to that store 2 Years ago to make a purchase And the item was molded. Went back recently With my son And He purchased a hot dog, Again mold!!!!! My son is allergic to penicillin.,.....The man claimed not to speak English once i told him the problem Until I Threatened to speak to a higher authority which I did and I'm still waiting on a response.This could have been fatal for my child. I was not offered an apology From him at all. After two years and they're still selling Molded products to our Community something is wrong & it need to be addressed swiftly. They need to beReported to the Better Business Bureau

Gross, this place is one of the grossest places I have ever walked into. Nothing has been touched with soap in God knows how long. The clerk was on the phone the whole time we were in there. The floors were filthy. Every surface was gross. I will never ever come near this gross 🤢 place again.

This has to be one of the worse 7 elevens in Fresno the guy is super disrespectful I mean he is just completely nasty I have never seen such horrible customer service in the entire time that I have worked. This is not a location did you should come to it is very uncomfortable and they make you feel very uncomfortable. Don't even come from a cup of coffee there is A711 on Sean Maple which is a block and a 1/2 away from this one I repeat do not come to this 1 the manager is just as worse as the employee

Absolutely horrendous service. At nighttime, one of the cashiers will be on his phone the entire time and decide when to help the customer. Almost every night they lock the door for the cashier just to sit around on talk on his phone. The owner is extremely rude. Go to the 7/11 down the street on Shaw, I promise you there staff is friendly, they take care of you, and they are honest. This place, should not even exist...

Absolutely disgusting. The whole place was filthy. There was melted ice cream on the floor and the cashier had no mask, none. He wasn't enforcing the mask policy for the customers in their either. Complete trash of a place. Drive 2 blocks in any direction and find a better 7 eleven.

Worst customer service let someone use several stolen cards without id. Manager lies you girl behind counter doesn't know what she's doing. Nasty inside.

There Customers Service Is Trash, They Pick And Choice Who To Card For ID. Always Playing When People In A Rush. Never Pay Attention To What They Ringing Up & Always Trying To Overcharge People For Things
