This location is nice and clean, the employees are pleasant, my grilled chicken sandwich was good, but it was a bit of a wait, and the sea salt French fries I ordered with it were served lukewarm and didn't taste fresh. I asked for a replacement of fresh fries, which they were happy to replace, but that meant another wait and my grilled chicken sandwich that I had wanted to eat the fries with got colder while I waited again.

Drive through experience was not good. Chili had pieces of meat that were huge and not broken up like it should have been and french fries were cold. The women working at the drive through window was lackluster and as cold as the fries she served us.

Restrooms clean.
I've only ran into one mgr staff that was rude in 9 months.
Me in a wheelchair didn't have anything to do with it. It was because she blocked me out of the restrooms because I slipped quietly to the floor, called 911 & got help back into my wheelchair. (I'm 65). I wasn't hurt. So I got my own help.

My wife and I stopped in at this Wendy's and it has been a while since we've eaten in the dining room, and it was nice! The service was excellent, the food was actually fresh and hot, we ordered to go but decided to eat in and I'm glad we did.... it was like a flashback to a pre-covid time, there were several customers at several tables, one of which had three high-school age boys, having a good time.... our experience was worth writing about! Well done Wendy's.... Well done!

I'm appalled by the lack of common Sense in this facility, we walked in not seen any signs saying anything about masks and the lady behind the counter and the manager told us to put Mass on if we were to eat inside when we look around the room there was four people already in there sitting down with no Mass on eating. I will not eat here ever again I am saddened and frustrated by the complete and utter stupidity.

I'm sure this isn't normal, however understaffed...
Ordered a few Frostys for take out, paid, waited about 10 minutes for my number to be called, and was then told that they weren't serving Frostys anymore. Waited a few more minutes for the one terminal to clear so I could be issued my refund. Appeared apologetic and stressed.
Please hire or staff more people.
