Panda Express

It was my own fault for not checking my bag before driving off. I was missing my extra side of shrimp that goes with the bigger plate and my cream cheese rangoon. There was hardly any shrimp in my box and the texture of the shrimp was as if it wasn’t cook all the way. Tired calling the store but no answer, went in for either a refund or a remaking. The worker was extremely rude and I just left. After that attitude I wouldn’t trust this place to remake my food. Also there were more vegetables in the chow mein then the actual noddles.

I wish i could put less stars. This is the bowl i got today. If you think it looks fine let me tell you that the chowmein is only on top. When moved to the side a little you can see that there literally is less than a handful, not even half a handful of chow mein. There is more chow main in those stupid little side boxes they give out. This is ridiculous and not worth anywhere near the almost $8 i paid. Suffice to say that i am not satisfied and no where near full after this, and WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN!

So, I thought I would stop off and pick up a bowl before work (I work the night shift) but never again. I went inside and they had no rice or entrees available, not sure if they were going to cook any more or how long the wait would be ... this was shortly before 9:30 pm. I dare not go through the drive thru - I probably would not have gotten my money's worth since they were out of food.

This location never has super greens ready. I decided to wait the 7-8 minutes for them to be ready and my order would be brought out to my car. After nothing for 15 minutes I went inside and was told it would be 10 more minutes. I could not wait and asked for a refund. This has happened a couple other times, so I will not visit this location anymore. Luckily, the location on Blackstone and Barstow is also nearby and always has everything ready and fresh!

Extremely rude staff no disregard for customer being able to breath oxygen while I order my dinner ,but constantly insist that I place a cover over my oxygen intake , I politely said no thank you and they were going to refuse service until I bowed to there tyrannical government requirements, last time I checked its my body it's my choice correct , if your scared of a invisible disease then go to church ,but leave ME alone I prefer fresh air over suffocating my brain, this establishment could be great but they are extremely demanding and rude ,ill never be back here
