Baskin-robbins

Very hard for me to believe that anybody could leave a positive review for this particular location. I live close to this location so I've been here many times. The store is always the same a mess. The radio is too loud so the employees that aren't doing very much can hardly hear you and continue to ask you over and over again what you want. Yet nobody turns the volume down. I made the mistake of going in there last night but since I knew what I was getting myself into I patiently waited for over 23 minutes to get two scoops of ice cream LOL. All the other negative reviews before mine are correct. They don't stay open the hours they're supposed to. They are always I repeat always out of things such as hot fudge, cherries, bananas. You know stuff you might need if you have an ice cream store!? Which brings me to my next point which is the piss poor management. That's why this place is unsuccessful not because their product is failing but because they have poor management who allows dirty unacceptable service. That's why they don't do much as far as volume goes. Not because of the neighborhood.

Was pretty decent product-wise but I guess I just expected more from a Baskin-Robbins store than what I seen, like newer furniture or cleaner floors, just more appeal. But, as always since I was a kid, I love their ice cream (not the price, which was too expensive for my liking, but it's what's expected living in California)

First it was dirty, only one girl working there. I'm not sure if there were others on break..I asked for a chocolate blast...it's not on the menu but it's made at every Baskin Robbins I ever been to..it use to be on the menus ..anyhow this girl can't even make blasts..she wasn't trained she says...OMG you are kidding me right now...I never worked here and can make one..I'm very disapppointed. I won't be back
