Mcdonald's

I've been to this location many times with it being in my neighborhood. Like any other, there have been mistakes. However tonight, the food quality was shockingly unacceptable. I ordered a Big Mac, the beef patties were stale, dark and literally like cardboard. Needless to say it did not taste at all the way a Big Mac should. We also ordered a Double quarter pounder. The patties were dripping with oil and pan debree so much that the bottom bun and box were soaked! With all that yucky cooked blood on the bun and char in the corner of the box. I can't believe I paid for that trash and less that it made it out of their kitchen. Where is quality control?

Normally I'm not a McDonald's fan not just because of the food, which I don't really care for, or the prices, which are ridiculous, it's the horrible customer service. This McDonald's though has wonderful employees with outstanding customer service skills. Always polite and attentive and always trying to make sure you get your food quickly and accurately. So keep up the great work McDonald's crew on Shields and Brawley and thank you.

Ordered 2 happy meals for the kids. Used coupon app to get 1 free happy meal. Cashier said the app was applied. When I got the receipt, the coupon was not applied even though the cashier said it did. The lady Punjabi manager said sometimes the code doesn’t work. I call BS on that. Was angry and didn’t even say thanks and just drove off. Never had any problems with using app coupons until today. Will never go again here.

Most disgusting, irresponsible and took ur money not give u ur complete order .that fat manager don't know whats going on .sorry for who own this place soon he have to sell. World slowest service. I have to wait 10 min for my coffee coz those kids looking at each other faces and thinking who going to make coffee. Please don't waste ur time and money
