Was told they can take my order because things where happening in side and pretty much left about 15 cars go Thur because they didn’t want to do there job we waited almost 30min I’m so mad 😡

The staff is kind and helpful. The food is hot and ready to order. I just wish that the cost of My favorite items would go back down. I loved the dollar menu before but now it's just all vegetarian options. That's ok but I like My meat and to have a better variety of choices. My local Taco Bell is of good value though. I can't really complain. I encourage others to visit the Freeport, IL location and provide your input. I think there is always room for improvements even when your doing well.

Great drive thru service. Until we returned to the hotel. Bite in to my tacos hard crusty pieces look the bottom of the pan refried beans. Yuck 😝 called they said to bring them back. So back there we go. Know the others food is going to be cold. Get back they did my order over. Never have had this happen hope never again. Young men at this location stated they forgot to add water. Just adding water will not help the bottom of extremely dried refried beans. Have to say Taco Bell is no longer inexpensive so prefer food to be fresh!

I went through drive thru for 5 hungry people waiting at my house for food. I got almost done with the first combo meal which was in itself almost $12. The young man told me they were out of large cups. I politely asked him if he was giving a discount on the order because I as a customer am not getting what they are promising for the $ they require. He said they don't give discounts and being out of cups wasn't his fault. I never raised my voice nor used foul language. I told him we'd deal with it and then a girl got on speaker claiming to be a manager . She was very rude and blamed it all on her boss. What really angered me was she said it's not their fault and there are no discounts so sorry not sorry. That is one phrase that sets me off. Especially being said to me a customer from a supposed manager. I got to the window and told all the kiddies that that was not professional as a manager at all. I told them it was poor customer service entirely. I have been in management 30 years and even off the clock I remain professional especially when dealing with children. I wish there was another Taco Bell in Freeport but there isn't. We will be driving a bit further from now on and going to Winnebago,I'll to that establishment. It's just terrible that there isn't a responsible adult managing and training these children they let run their restaurants without any proper training especially in the area of customer service.

First impressions obviously aren't this places strong suit I've really never been to a taco bell so I'd figure I'd try it and the service was fine very friendly, but has awefull listening skills ordered $26 with of food had an item made wrong and I ordered cinnamon twists Wich didn't get when I asked for the missing items I got yet another mistake and gave me cinibon delights, not to mention when we were brought out food the employee stated "we didn't get black beans on the order so the chef made you something I don't know what it is" I've worked in the food industry before and that's unacceptable anywhere that is a serious health concern to me. All in all wouldn't recommend this specific location. Worsted part was they weren't that busy.

Staff steals from customers, and make multiple habits of it.
You can order a specific meal and they will charge you the upcharge but they regularly make habit of not modifying your order.
A recent incident occurred where I was charged extra to change the meat of a burrito( in a box meal) to a alternate meat. They left as is and charged me the upcharge for it. This was 5th time they did this particular item. They did it as well when using door dash services. When I contacted them to speak to them about it, the person who answered the phone called me a psycho over the 70 cent upcharge.
She missed the fact that a customer was trying to explain it was 5th time this had happened and that its not good business. She hung up on my twice. the voice of this person was young, (most likely Caucasian female) Date: of the occurrence was 05/20/2022 between 1109a-1145a.
The third time I got an answer the young apologized. I didn't want the money back, just an apology and recognition in the improper of stealing from the customers of freeport, Il.

Jokes on me. Gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times.. still seem to mess things up. Waited almost 30 minutes for a remake of cheesey roll ups for the cheese to still not be melted on a few of them.. absolutely will not be going back.

Another night of the wrong order and over charged. The manager was rude and made my final visit there a joke! I shall never return there again. Sad they can't get your order correct every time! I'm allergic to tomatoes!!! Why do they hire these people!! Just Sad!!!
