The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was too cool to sit and enjoy your meal I do not like to shiver while I'm trying to eat. My bourbon chicken and shrimp had so much parsley and garlic butter on it that you could not taste any bourbon or really the shrimp and chicken

The table was barley attached to the base and was EXTREMELY wobbly. We waited 30 mins just for drinks. Then another 15-20 for food that was just okay. The 8oz steak was nothing but hard fat and gristle not much meat on it. Didn’t even get our appetizer at all our waitress was pleasant but over all experience was quite terrible. This use to be our favorite place for lunches and dinners but unfortunately this made us less then excited for another afternoon/evening out here again.

I didn't order anything this night I just sat with a friend and chatted. our waitress was new and I was watching her she was doing a really good job. I had to wait a little bit for a table but it wasn't that long. bout 30 mins.

I've been going here for years, and this Applebee's has really run down. Torn carpet, rips in the seats, broken front door handle, napkins under table legs... absolutely uninviting. Food is okay. Used to be a nice place to dine in Freeport, but time for a major makeover and update.

Worst customer service I've ever had in any Applebee's and I've eaten in them across the USA from AZ to OH. The host was mumbling the whole time and the waitress had an attitude. We asked for a glass for the beer we ordered and she acted like we hurt her feeling. She brought it and we decided not to order any food. Drank the beer, paid the bill and left. Will not be returning.

Waitress was friendly and bartender made an amazing drink. Unfortunately it is just the same prepackaged frozen food. I would definitely return for drinks.

Filthiest Applebee's I've ever been to and I've eaten at around 40. Food was cooked as orderd but dinning area hasn't been properly cleaned in many years...I'd hate to visit the kitchen. No more excuses.
