Wendy's

Was walking the mall. Stopped at Wendy’s to get a large drink . With tax 3.89. I took one ship of the pineapple mango drink . It was an instant sugar rush . Absolutely aweful . It was all ice and all sugar . I went back to tell the girl who took care of me that the drink was all sugar . She didn’t understand me she went to get the manager . The manager only spoke Spanish and told me no refund and everyone was laughing . Another man next to me was complaining his soda was all syrup. Obviously this Wendy’s doesn’t care about customers or customer service . I will never go back their first anything . Also it would help if some of the staff actually spoke English and didn’t look at customers laughing speaking to each other in Spanish only . What a disgrace to laugh in a customers face and harass them . Don’t waste your time supporting this Wendy’s . The employees were getting drinks for themselves while working and no one had gloves on all eyes on me everyone laughing and speaking Spanish . Place also was dirty all the workers were doing nothing but drinking laughing and hanging out . I have never had such an experience at any Wendy’s so I will make it a point never to frequent this Wendy’s ever again . I worked good service many years and what’s going on at this Wendy’s was aweful .Do yourself a favor don’t eat or drink k here

I was very disappointed in this location. I have been to other Wendy’s and everyone has on ppe but the lady bagging the fries and the sandwiches wasnt even wearing gloves.... I threw my fries and my sons out seeing as her fingers were in the holder and fries as she put them in the bag. I work in the food industry and these examples at this time of COVID are unacceptable. On top of that the burger was dry and burnt but the order was correct so you get an extra star for that. Lady taking the orders was very personable but it was weird how the cooks stare you down. Three stars actually two because I was so grossed out but without the lady in the front and correct order one star. I advise people with families or living partners not to eat here until they follow proper ppe and the state mandated order on ppe in a work place...

Wendy's is my favorite fast food. I pretty much like everything on their menu and they are the only ones with certain random items and even their normal items a lil something that makes them a little different then what you got every at every other fast food place for instance their burgers have ketchup and mayonnaise and for some reason I would never think of that combo but it tastes really good on their burgers especially with the lettuce tomato and pickles were there cheese that use on their loaded baked potato taste awesome on the fries also and you can have chili with cheese on it which is amazing and they are the only place to get that. You can pretty much fulfill any craving all-in-one stop at Wendy's.

Alright , I have to type the word WARNING!!!! when it comes to eating at this specific fast food restaurant (Wendy's) and the reason being is because I got really sick the day after. The doctor right away told me that I've aquired food poisoning, and that I should be careful where I choose to eat. Anyway, this place looks dirty inside and out, therefore, their food reflects how bad this place's service really is.
