Really surprised by the cuisine at August E’s… really nice atmosphere for socializing. Food was prepared to perfection, with superb plating. Wild Game Trio is a really good choice… Venison Loin perfectly prepared at Med-rare. Staff very personable and attentive to our needs. Lastly, really good bar staff and wine selection.

Let me start by saying that this is an amazing restaurant. The appetizer was delicious, we had a lobster bisque that was flavorful, had a perfect amount of lobster meat, was creamy. The chef is amazing. Our sides, the brussel sprouts, lobster Mac and Cheese were feasts in their own right. Really a great place to enjoy a romantic dinner or celebrate a nice dinner with friends.

This place will blow your mind. We came in from Spain, and used to live in Austin. This place has managed to keep their quality, staff and optimal service levels, despite the need for staff. We had an incredible experience. The coscktuala were very creative, the foie grras was spot on, followed by the game delux: stuffed quail, venison to perfection, house sausage. We added lobster because we became obsessed with the food. Tipped off with a bread pudding that left us lame. And we are not foodies, just American transplant to Europe and know what quality looks like!

My husband and 2 sons ate at August Es this past weekend and the food was simply outstanding. We have eaten at some of the finest restaurants in the U.S. and our kids and husband ranked August Es as one of the best in the Quality of Food Category. The Lamb Chops and Steaks were the Best. Simply Outstanding! Anyone who rates this restaurant at anything less than 5 stars does not know anything about fine dining! August Es staff and Chefs, we have eaten at your restaurant for years and you are never less than 10 Stars! Thank you!

This place gets 10 stars! It is a very clean and quaint establishment. The customer service is excellent. The front hostess is the sweetest lady. Their food is great and they have a great selection. I had the surf and turf and miso soup. I highly recommend. They offer a nice bar space to sit and wait for your table or to eat there if you prefer. They were heavily booked up when I made my reservation and it is very obvious why. If you are in town looking for a nice, fine-dine dinner, this is the place to be. I will definitely be returning.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner here Wednesday. Everything was on point. We enjoyed a great bottle of wine to start that rolled into the crab stack app and then Thai tomato soup and a lobster bisque. For main entree we both had steaks. Wife had the filet and I have the ribeye. They we flavored so well and the temperature we requested. The sautéed spinach is also great. We finished things off with a slice of delicious Buttermilk pie. Service was on point. We will be back soon.
