Stopped in for some roast beef. Sooo good! One of the best fast food meals in existence here. Store is well staffed with friendly, efficient, fully masked people, tables all freshly wiped down. Not crowded.

Got the Gold Rush Chicken Sandwich Combo. The meal was as expected - fresh, hot and tasty. Out of all the fast food restaurants I like Roy Rogers the most. Whether it is the authentic tender roast beef sandwich, new seasonal choices fried chicken or even the bacon cheese burger (they have the only burgers besides Five Guys that I will eat) the taste says it all. I will return.

Food was good nothing out of the ordinary. Just a bit too pricey for what we got. And bathrooms closed but I went in anyway and they're filthy.

Asked for chicken at 8:46, they close at 10:00. Was told “all you see is what they got” no offer to wait for more chicken. Other Roy’s have better service.

Clean, attentive and professional. I havent had a complaint nor do i complain about this place. The gentleman that took my order was very quick and attention to detail. Friendly staff, keep it up! Awesome job

Usually have a great experience at roy Rogers burger was straight grease and tasted like it was on the grill for hours. Fries were soggy and cold

First time taste of this fastfood chain. I ordered the spicy chicken combo with a side salad.
They had a salad fixings bar which was very basic by good. I will come again and recommend to friend.
Portions was reasonable size and priced.
Flavors was on point.

In my opinion this has to be the best Roy Rogers, not only in Frederick, but all of Maryland. Mr. Ellery and his staff are so kind and courteous and give the fast food experience a great experience. I called this location about 2 months ago because a location not far away gave me not such great service and a meal not worth eating. I called this location to ask if they had a corporate number and when I explained my ordeal with the Roy Rogers I had just left, Mr. Ellery offered to replace my whole meal. Customer service is not what it use to be by far, but this Roy Rogers goes above and beyond for their customers!!!
