Terrible service from the lady taking orders giving lots of attitude. I was using a coupon for my brothers family and placed a separate order using a smaller coupon for myself. They refused because the coupon was a particular type despite the coupon not saying anything particular. They wanted us to drive all the way around the drive through again and then blamed it on being short staffed. Ridiculous service later from the manager Karla who then tried to reinforce and say it was a rule. Yet again, not posted anywhere. I've done this exact thing with my brother and his family at numerous burger Kings with no problem. I'd recommend any other fast food in that area over here. Just terrible.

This place suuuuucks!! The dine in area was locked at 7pm for some reason. Employees saw me outside and ignored me until a manager came to the door so I could refill my drink after having to drive thru and eat in the car. Food was lukewarm and tons of ice in my drink. Avoid this place at all costs.

The food should be alot hotter, nothing worse than cold fries, and a burger.

truly terrible location. they mess your order up then don't answer the phone, so you can't speak to anyone to fix it. then nothing happens when you make a complaint through corporate.

I love their food, best quality and flavor! Always friendly and efficient.
I can get just a small order of breaded fried cheese sticks, if I'm on the go and just need a quick pickup. (Pleasant and no problem giving me water while I'm rushing in the middle of a delivery day.)
For any time of day my favorite is the Impossible Whopper. Best burger anywhere. Delicious with fresh crunchy lettuce, onions, pickles and tomatoes. Their sauce is best. Everything is great!

Where is management? Staff lounging around restaurant this time. Last visit they pulled out trash cans and blocked for way.
We went into bathroom and a staff person was obviously seeing how slowly they could wipe sink area and sent us out because she was cleaning bathroom. We could have used stalls.
No napkins in drive thru bag.

For a quick mid morning pick me up after an early morning of delivery driver trips, the fried cheese sticks and a drink will carry me through!
