Always tasty food, lots of seating. Bagels are fresh, so when they're out they're out. Ask for a side of humus to dip your bagel chips in! Customer service is mostly good, but I think they forget they don't list what is on their sandwiches and always seem confused when you ask what's on something you haven't tried before.

This is hands down the best place in Frederick to get bagels. Especially the everything bagels. I’ve loved every drink or food item I’ve gotten there! Plus I just want to give a shout-out to the staff here. They get so busy with customers and online orders but they still do such an amazing job! They really knock it out if the park with their customer service. Love this place!

Wouldn't call it a bistro. New to order so I asked a "greeted by first name" regular what's does she recommend, she told me she strictly buys the bagels and made a sour face. I got the chili, overpriced. I understand the cost of rise post COVID, but this is not it. I did not see the list of soups but the price so I asked when I reached front of the line... Cashier's total interaction: completely disinterested. When I was younger my mom raved of this place, so as an adult I wanted to treat my family. Settling for the "popular" chili, I wouldn't suggest this hole in the wall to anyone.
