I typically go to this location because of its close proximity and quick service. Everyone there is pleasant but one young lady really was so genuinely kind and helpful that I just had to let you know. You have a gem of an employee! I used to run a restaurant and I would hire her in a heartbeat. Her name was Lana I believe. Wonderful job!

This is the only location open in this area of the loop. I used the ordering kiosk display board and my order came up very fast. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great. The folks working were very kind and nice to deal with. I would highly suggest grabbing a meal at this particular location of McDonald’s.

Ordered online while on I80 while handed to drop off husband for work. Go in to pick up food. The guy kept saying he don't see the order. I come him to show the order confirmation screen. He still say he don't see it. He asked can I show him a receipt. I show him the email receipt. He than say oh it was on the other screen. We asked can we get it quickly since now we will be running late. He said No. I left to drop husband. When I came back he tried to give me my order that was just sitting on the counter. I asked him to give me fresh food. He said I don't understand why you left and came back. I told him bc my husband would've been late for work. And now he went to work with no breakfast. The hashbrown was still warm when he remade my food. What is the point of online order if I got prove I ordered food
